NHS Evidence
The National Library for Health (NLH) has now been transferred to NICE as part of the formation of NHS Evidence. All NLH resources and advanced search facilities can still be accessed via www.library.nhs.uk until it is all gradually transferred over. The new NHS Evidence site is www.evidence.nhs.uk where, you will find the basic search box and the new logo. You will also find, using the drop down menus, more information about the new service, links to specialist search facilities and specialist collections.
Management, Leadership and Human Resources Books
We have recently expanded the books we have relating to leadership, management and human resources. The full list of titles can be viewed by clicking on the Subject Book Lists link on the left of this page. Other subject book lists include Mentorship, Burns, Books to Inspire and TAPS.
If you would like us to add a subject book list for your own area of interest or relating to a particular course, please let us know.
Quiet Study Area
We have recently improved our quiet study area. Screens have been placed between desks to improve privacy and all the old chairs have now been replaced.
Library Improvements
We are constantly trying to improve the library and our services. We welcome any ideas you may have on how we can improve, whether this is a book suggestion or a change in library design.
